This black actress continues her downward spiral into severe drug addiction. First, it was the suicide attempt, the hospitalization in a mental ward and now this. Her reps manage to keep her scandals out of the press and mainstream media has no interest.

The male companion got “turned out” in jail and he has traded sex for rock. Our actress has also traded sexual favors for drugs, and I would imagine, some of these encounters involved unsafe sex.
Could this be the same actress Wendy Williams was talking about when she mentioned a black actress who was passed over to portray her in an upcoming biopic because of her drug addiction? Robin Givens was the second choice for the role.
Hints: This actress has “never” appeared on a television series and she is extremely popular in the black community.

Rapper C-Murder Convicted Of Murder
GRETNA, La. — Rapper Corey "C-Murder" Miller was convicted Tuesday of second-degree murder for the 2002 shooting of a fan during a nightclub brawl, capping tumultuous jury deliberations at his second trial in the killing.
The Louisiana jury reached the 10-2 verdict around 1:30 p.m. in its second day of deliberations. Jurors had reached the same verdict earlier in the day, but District Judge Hans Liljeberg ordered them back to the jury room for more deliberation because of a questionable vote. Ten votes are required for a second-degree murder conviction.
Liljeberg said after the verdict's initial reading that one juror had apparently changed her vote just to end deliberations – rendering the verdict invalid. Three jurors had been seen crying in the courtroom Tuesday morning, and the day before they sent a note that they were having trouble reaching a consensus.
The invalid verdict prompted defense attorney Ron Rakosky to move for a mistrial saying that the judge had pressured the jury into reaching a verdict. Liljeberg denied the motion.
"I don't think I pressured them at all," Liljeberg said. "I told them if they could not reach a verdict to let me know."
The courtroom was completely silent when the verdict was given for the second time. More than a dozen law enforcement officers filled the center aisle, and the judge had warned that anyone who so much as gasped would be arrested.
The victim's family left in tears.
"I'm not rejoicing. I feel bad for (Miller's) family. But at least they can see him. What have we got but a gravesite and a photograph," said George Thomas, whose 16-year-old son, Steve Thomas, was shot to death during the Jan. 12, 2002, brawl in a now-closed Harvey, La., nightclub.

Sara's lawyer, Eric Kayira, tells us, "Sara and Tony have a very passionate and loving relationship that on August 2, while having an evening of fun, she slipped and fell, hitting her head heavily on the ground and somehow in the process of helping her Tony got injured."

Thursday, July 23, 2009 |It’s a boy for Kelis and Nas! The 29-year-old R&B singer gave birth to son Knight Jones around 9 p.m. Wednesday evening in New York City. The baby boy weighed in at 7 lbs., 8 oz.
According to her rep, Kelis delivered naturally with her mother and sister by her side after about 31 hours of labor. “The beautiful baby boy and his mother are doing wonderful,” she shares. TMZ is also reporting that Nas was indeed there for the birth, even though rumors are indicting that he wasn’t.
Kelis and Nas had been married for more than four years when they announced their separation in April. Citing irreconcilable differences in her divorce papers, Kelis seeks spousal support and child support in addition to seeking the joint legal and physical custody of their not-yet-born son.
Knight is the first child for Kelis and the second for Nas, who has a 15-year-old daughter, Destiny, from a previous relationship.

Man That Threw Baby Out Window is Facing Death Penalty
Florida prosecutors will seek the death penalty for Richard McTear who is accused of throwing a 3-month-old infant from a moving car on Interstate 275.
If McTear is convicted of slaying baby Emanuel Wesley Murray, Assistant State Attorney Jalal Harb said the state will seek to put him to death.
Officials say McTear forced his way into the apartment of the child's mother, Jasmine Bedwell, on May 5. Prosecutors said he beat Bedwell, threw her infant on a concrete floor and drove off with the child before tossing the baby from his moving car onto the interstate shoulder, reports tampa Bay Online.
McTear is charged with first-degree murder, aggravated child abuse, kidnapping, felony burglary and burglary with battery. He pleaded not guilty to all charges.
"He deserves worse than that,'' said Bedwell's mother, Lillie Bedwell, about prosecutors pursuing the death penalty for McTear. "But if that's what he's going to get, then that's a good thing. The baby was 100 percent innocent."
"At this point in these proceedings, it is premature to characterize the current adverse publicity as a serious an imminent threat to the administration of justice," Holder said. "It has not been shown that defendant's right to a fair trial is in any reasonable way threatened by the reports surrounding the trial and the parties."
Ida Williams, who claims to be McTear's fiancée, sobbed throughout the hearing, doubling over when Harb made his announcement to seek the death penalty.
She said she met McTear in jail and the pair plan to marry as soon as they can.
"He's a sweet person," she said. "He tells me to do right by my kids. We talk a lot about God."
Lillie Bedwell said she had never heard of her son having a fiance in jail until told of the possibility by a reporter.
The last time McTear was in court last month, he was professing his love of Jasmine Bedwell.
"I love you, Jasmine," he said while being led out of the courtroom. Bedwell later collapsed outside the courthouse when asked about the comment.
Williams said there is another woman in the mix. She said another woman, whom she didn't know, had McTear's baby in the past couple of weeks.
"He loves children," she said.
Williams isn't deterred by the accusations of his killing an infant.
"I don't believe he really did that." she said.

His own share of the Sony/ATV catalog is estimated to be worth almost a $1billion.
Michael staging a comeback means he would retain his share of the Sony/ATV catalogue, open a flood stream of income and a legacy that'll multiply his already unsurpassable greatness, restoring his image hence, which in 10 years might make him one of the richest entertainers ever.
Killing Michael Jackson means, his creditors would force a sale on his assets, particularly his 50% share of the Sony/ATV catalogue, which is going to be sold at 100% less than its actual value, a machination has been put in place that would enable his murderers, make this dubious purchase at an estimated $200-300million, about $700million less than its actual value.
With his creditors reclaiming their debt from the dubious sales, means his Estate's worth would be reduced greatly, posing a threat to the future of his dependants.
There is a long list of people embittered over his acquisition of the Beatles catalogue and some rather questionable decisions he made over the course of his career, a list of faceless ogres that have been behind damaging allegations and negativity that daunted him over the last decade till his death.

REPORT: MICHAEL JACKSON'S HORRIFIC AUTOPSY RESULTS
An autopsy on Michael Jackson revealed that the King of Pop's emaciated body was riddled with needle marks and scars, and his head was virtually bald, it was reported today. Jackson's body had wasted away to a mere 112 pounds, and his stomach was completely empty except for partially dissolved pills, according to the London Sun.
His hips, thighs and shoulders were covered with needle wounds, believed to have come from shots of painkillers, and he was wearing a wig when he was found because his hair had been reduced to a "peach fuzz" on his scalp, the report said."He was skin and bone, his hair had fallen out, and he had been eating nothing but pills when he died," a source close to the singer's entourage told the paper."Injection marks all over his body and the disfigurement caused by years of plastic surgery show he'd been in terminal decline for some years."There were four fresh injections around his heart, presumably from attempts to pump adrenaline into it to jumpstart it, the paper said.
Three of them had penetrated and damaged his heart wall, while a fourth struck his ribs, the paper reported. He also sustained several broken ribs while authorities administered CPR during his final moments Thursday.Jackson had one spot above his left ear that was scarred and completely bald - the apparent result of burns sustained when his hair caught fire while he was filming a Pepsi commercial in 1984. Lil Wayne Get Help from the Fed | Skuuured of the Slammer?!
Even the “Greatest Rapper Alive” needs help from time to time, and apparently, one of those times is at hand. Dwayne Carter, known to the world as Lil’ Wayne, has enlisted the help of the Federal Bureau of Investigation in his quest to remain a free man after being charged with possessing an illegal weapon. The Ca$h Money/Young Money Hot Boy is trying to sidestep the charge that would see him sent to prison for three and a half years under the new New York gun laws. Hoping to aid the rap megastar in his quest is Bruce Budowle, a former geneticist for the FBI and after his rousing testimony for the prosecutor in the Laci Peterson murder trial, a star in his own right. Budlowes key strategy will see him argue that Manhattan prosecutors used a less than reliable testing method, feverishly trying to match Lil’ Wayne’s DNA to the sample taken from the firearm.
Wayne’s defensive team recently scored a minor victory for the rapper. Seeking to gain the legal upper hand in the case, Weezy’s attorneys successfully moved to have the arresting officer’s accusations thrown out, striking the statement from court records. The female officer said Wayne’s tour bus reeked of marijuana, thus, causing her to search the vehicle and uncover a .40 caliber handgun in July 2007. His legal team also pointed out that the firearm in question is the property of Wayne’s manager and friend, Cortez Bryant, and is a legally registered gun. An unnamed suspect was also arrested that night on drug charges. Police sources claim that the man was trying to stuff a bag of marijuana down his pants.
On the same night, and after performing at a concert together, Jeffrey “Ja Rule” Atkins was arrested, charged with criminal possession of a .40 caliber semi-automatic pistol. The police initially pulled the former face of Murder Inc. over after he was found in a luxury sedan that lacked proper registration. Lil’ Wayne is also set to appear in an Arizona court to answer for drug charges. Arizona authorities arrested Wayne in January of 2008 for possession of 29 grams of cocaine, 41 grams of ecstasy and 105 grams of marijuana.

The pair were spotted together during New York Fashion Week earlier this week, as a source told The New York Daily News:

Police are running down every lead they get in connection with the death of a teen found hanging in a tree Sunday morning in Pineville. While Pineville Police officers haven’t classified the death as either a homicide or a suicide — it is an “open investigation” — the family is adamant that Marcus Phillips didn’t kill himself. “I am not going to let this go by as if he killed himself,” Phillips’ older sister, Victoria Phillips, said Monday. “He didn’t do this to himself.”
Marcus Phillips was found hanging from a tree in an empty lot on the corner of Sanders and Lee streets, Pineville Police Sgt. Darryl Basco said. A rope was around Phillips’ neck, and the rope was tied to a chain that has been hanging in that tree for years, neighbors said. The chain and rope both were removed sometime before Monday.
Jack Evans was the one who discovered the teen’s body. “I came out here at 7:30 to drink some coffee and smoke a cigarette and heard something in the grass so I turned around to look, and then I saw it,” he said, doing then exactly as he did that morning. “I stood up and wiped my eyes and looked again and said, ‘Oh, my God, there’s a black kid hanging in the tree. Somebody has killed him.’ So I called the police.” Evans said Phillips’ body was partially on the ground with his knees about six to eight inches from the ground and his arms hanging out in front of him. Both his mouth and his eyes were open.
“It sure does look suspicious to me,” Evans said. “All he had to do was stand up. That’s instinct.” Evans said that although he didn’t know Phillips, he had seen the teen often walking up and down the street, and said Phillips had always been pleasant. “I want some closure,” Evans said. “Something like this happening in our neighborhood, I want to know who and why. Every time I walk out here I see him hanging there. It is so sad. He was just a 17-year-old kid.” Evans said it doesn’t seem likely that Phillips or anyone else hanged him there to die. Instead, he suspects the teen was killed somewhere else and brought there.

Lil Kim and Faith had a face-to-face encounter towards the close of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ coveted White Party in California, sources have reported. Faith and Kim, whom both shared a relationship with The Notorious B.I.G., crossed paths at the White Party, which was held in Los Angeles instead of The Hampton’s in New York. Sources said that Lil Kim took issue with her representation in Notorious, the biopic in which Faith was attached to. Faith was in attendance with her husband and Lil Kim was with producer Choke No Joke and to some, this augmented the tension.
“It was really heated,” one source said. “It was about to pop off…there was crazy screaming.” According to sources, Faith was saying, “I love you” to Lil Kim and Kim responded with “God bless you.” However, later at the event, Kim asked Faith, “How would you say you love me when you trashed me in your book?” Under anonymity, a source told AllHipHop.com “We know that [Faith saying 'I love you'] is bulls**t. It wasn’t even about the movie. It hurt Kim that she was being fake.” Actor Dennis Da Menace, who played D-Roc in “Notorious” and Devante Swing of Jodeci fame were able to prevent a potentially violent exchange between Faith’s husband, Todd Russaw, and Choke No Joke. “At first it was cool, but then Dennis had to peace it out,” another source said. Russaw reportedly attempted to take pictures as Kim and Faith spoke peacefully, to which Choke took exception.
Choke expressed publicly that it was inappropriate to take pictures and charged that Russaw was intoxicated. Russaw was not available for comment on the allegation. Of the matter, Choke would only say, “Yes, I was there, but I don’t have nothing to do with it. Please leave me out of it.” Sean “Diddy” Combs was not at the location at the time of the incident. Despite the drama, Diddy managed to raise awareness for a charity, Malaria No More and his guests enjoyed their time, reports say.

According to the blogosphere rumor mill, actress Lauren London and R&B singer Nivea are pregnant. Good news, right? Well, the plot thickens. It looks like both ladies are pregnant by rap star Lil Wayne. The Grammy Award-winning rapper became a father for the second time eight months ago when a mystery Cincinnati woman gave birth to Wayne's first son. He also has a 10-year-old daughter, Reginae, with ex-wife Antonia "Toya" Carter.
In addition to the pregnancy buzz, Wayne and Nivea are rumored to be getting married in the next few months. Nivea, who had a hit back in 2002 with her song 'Don't Mess With My Man,' is no stranger to celebrity matrimony. Nivea and producer-turned-performer The Dream tied the knot in 2005. The pair, who have three children together, filed for divorce just two years later. The Dream has since moved on and is engaged to singer Christina Milian.
