GRIND-TIME 2009

HELLO WORLD!!! Its ya girl Jai Harris Here and If you Don't know me by now... you will! So March is my Grind-Time 2009! If I can finish at least 6 projects in 31 days I will have accomplished a great goal I set for myself. Some of the projects will include; Black Is...Culture Feast: CafeNUBA showcase, BrownSuga Fest, and Eat Healthy Panel featuring M1 of Dead Prez and Umi (EDITING These Projects). Also The Jai Harris Project DVD, which will a video of my poetry (Filming & Editing). There will be two versions for two different types of colleges. I also plan to get FlyVidz™ (can't speak much on it) out! So that's 5... I also HAVE to finish my CD The Jai Harris Project! So these are the 6 primaries...

I am also currently working on several other projects so I have to keep them going as well. The other projects are... Women of Power; a series that I will be hosting with Danny Glover. It will be like an updated version of Teen Summit but it will highlight women of power such as Sonia Sanchez and we will discuss what it means to be women of power to a group of youth. I am also working on the Think Blue, Miles Davis Project with Chris Christmas (more info coming soon... It's going to be HUGE) In addition I am editing several shows I have such as Bahamadia, Talib Kweli, DJ K-Tone and Iman. These projects will be coming soon as well. WORK WORK WORK....

Oh and I have The Carey Sister Show Interview I did, I am adding some pictures and video clips to it so that will be posted soon.

All this + School and my other Hustles (tee-shirts & fliers) I Love it and I will sleep when I die! Let's get it poppin!I also plan to work with some Dope Artists such as Isis, Ayiendye and many others!!!! LETS GO!!!!!
